Let's Grow Learning Center

Let's Grow Learning Center is an extension of the Christian Education ministry of the First United Methodist Church, Gatesville, and provides competent and creative care in a Christian atmosphere for preschool children. This childcare ministry s a bridge between the child's home and the outside world, and all the time shall be devoted to providing positive educational opportunities for all children.

Pre-admission Form

This form will be completed when your child has been accepted into the program. You will receive a phone call or a letter from our office prior to the completion of this form. Students must be potty trained to start the program at LGLC.

LGLC is open from 7:30 a.m to 5:15 p.m, Monday through Friday, (no 3 day program is offered).

Rates are as follows: 
7:30 a.m to 2:45 p.m:  $377.00 per month
7:30 a.m to 5:15 p.m: $462.00 per month
Afterschooler Care (Kinder & 1st):  $140.00 per month.
Registration fee: $50 non-refundable one time upon registration

Tuition will be due the on the first of every month unless prior arrangements with the Director are made.  
Although we are not part of the Gatesville ISD we follow the Public School Calendar.  LGLC classes are from 8:45 am. to 2:45 p.m. Bad weather days will be consistent with GISD. It has been approved by the Preschool Board Advisory Council that LGLC has the option to close for teacher workshop, FUMC Harvest Festival, wide spread illness in the school or community and any facility problems at the school/church. Parents will be notified of wide spread illness closing by letter, phone or communication app. In the event of emergency facility problems (plumbing, etc.), parents will be notified by phone or communication app. Bad weather closings will be posted on the local television stations. Parents will be notified in writing at least a week in advance of all other closings.
